At Doulos, we are deeply committed to equipping individuals with the knowledge, practical skills, and biblical foundation necessary to serve as effective and compassionate Christian counsellors. Our mission is to raise up Christlike men and women who are not only clinically competent and professionally trained but are also spiritually grounded and emotionally attuned to the needs of individuals, families, and communities.
Rooted in the unchanging truth of God’s Word and thoughtfully integrated with evidence-based psychological principles, our institute offers a holistic approach to counselling education. We provide a comprehensive academic framework through programs such as the Diploma in Christian Counselling (DCC), Bachelor in Christian Counselling (BCC), and the Master of Arts (MA) in Counselling and Psychology. These programs are designed to foster personal growth, spiritual maturity, and professional excellence, preparing our students to serve effectively across a wide range of contexts—including churches, schools, mission fields, hospitals, and clinical settings.
We believe that those who are called into the ministry of counselling are stepping into a divine mandate—to bring healing to the brokenhearted, hope to the weary, and restoration to the wounded. Counselling is not merely a career; it is a calling—a sacred trust that demands wisdom, compassion, and Spirit-led discernment. Our role at Doulos is to walk alongside you in that calling, providing the tools, mentorship, and environment needed to shape you into the vessel God has designed you to be.
